CTR Board Reports and Plans
Legislative Reports
Every two years, the Commute Trip Reduction (CTR) Board must report to the Legislature and recommend whether the program should be continued, modified, or terminated. In 2007 the CTR Board submitted an interim report to the legislature. The next legislative report is due by December 1, 2009.
The CTR Board's predecessor, the CTR Task Force, reported to the legislature in 1995, 1999, 2001, 2003, and 2005. During the 2006 legislative session, the legislature passed changes to the CTR law based on the Task Force's recommendations in its 2005 report.
